Delivery Estimates

- Major cities/ Office of Mail Exchange may differ for registered and surface mail.
- Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
- Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of me.

- Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. - Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
- For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 15 working days for airmail and to the above estimated delivery time.
- Registered Mail requires longer delivery days as it is a recorded delivery service.

Cancellation and return policy

1) Goods Sold are non-returnable unless is manufactured defect or are shipped wrongly by me. The return shipping charges will bear by your goodself (case by case basis).

2) Orders that have been successfully paid for are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed(case by case basis). I appreciate your understanding in this respect.

Postage and payment policy

Credit card payment via Paypal

We accept credit card payments via PayPal for all orders. All orders paid using PayPal will be invoiced in Euro.

You can pay your purchase by credit or debit card WITHOUT having a PayPal account!! You will be directed to PayPal secure payment page after clicking on the payment option at DaWanda. You may enter your billing information on the LEFT-hand side and make payment using either credit or debt card.

I appreciate being paid right away. If you are having any sort of problem or questions about payment--just send me a message by clicking the contact link on my shop page, I will get right back to you asap.

Postage Policy

1) Your order will mail out the next working day upon receiving the full payment via "PayPal".

2) Your products are sent by Registered mail (Air-Mail Postage rate + Registered Article rate) through local mail provider(Singapore Post) based on your address at Dawanda. If you want it to be delivered to a different address, you have to send a message to me immediately before I send out the order.

3) All products are sent by Registered mail so as to allow tracking and I do not earned any profit out of the delivery charges.

4) As this is a Registered mail, I do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses

5) If you would like me to send your item with insurance, do let me know before the purchase and I will add the extra cost to the item.

6) I will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if required). All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery

7) All registered mail, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via message to customer after the item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at www.singpost.com.sg/ra

8) For international postage service outside of Singapore, it may take about 12 - 52 working days to reach your destination, sometimes more, sometimes less. It really depends on your customs and postage service at your country, I am not in control. If you are purchasing as a gift, please give sufficient allowance for delivery.

9) BUYERS will be responsible for any duties or customs fees imposed by your country. I am required by law to complete a customs declaration accurately when shipping internationally.


10) I am not responsible for any lost of items during the delivery if customer provide me the wrong delivery address or damage during the transaction in your local country .

11) For redelivery of items that are sent back to us by SingPost, I have to charge you for the standard shipping charges again. So please ensure that your information is correct before you check out.

12) In the event that an item has not been delivered after 2 months, it is considered missing and I will replace the shipment at my cost after I have received a confirmation from our singapore post that it has been lost. This feedback may take a few months as it requires the confirmation from your country's postal service. As such, if you have not received the package after a few months, please let me know.

13)Please kindly note that different Postal Administrations have varying degree of service response, the Universal Postal Regulation allows countries up to 2 months to reply to any enquiry. Rest assured that I will pursue the matter regularly and will give you a reply as soon as I can
